This page explains how to delete your StatCall account and everything stored against it. You can do it yourself in the app in under a minute, or ask us to do it for you.
It happens immediately. There's no waiting period and nothing to email us about.
If the app says it needs you to sign in again first, that's a safety check on deleting an account — sign out, sign back in, and the button will work.
If you've already uninstalled the app, or you'd rather we handled it, email statcallapp@gmail.com from the address on the account, with the subject Delete my StatCall account.
We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days, usually within a couple of days. We may email you once to confirm the request came from you — that's the only reply you'll get.
| Your account | Email address and sign-in credentials — removed entirely |
| Your teams | Team names, seasons, and every roster — including player names and jersey numbers |
| Your rounds and stats | Every fixture, every logged event, every scoreline |
| Your subscription record | The entitlement stored against your account |
Deletion is permanent. We keep no backup copy of a deleted account, so there is nothing to restore afterwards. Export anything you want to keep first — the CSV and report downloads in the app are the easiest way.
Nothing that identifies you. Where we're legally required to retain records of a purchase for tax purposes, that record holds the transaction only — no team data, no player names.
Deleting your StatCall account does not cancel your subscription, because the subscription is held by Google Play or Apple rather than by us. Cancel it yourself, or it keeps renewing:
Cancel before you delete the account, otherwise you'll have to find the subscription through the store rather than through the app.
StatCall keeps a copy of your teams on the device so it works without signal. Deleting your account clears that copy too. Uninstalling the app removes it as well.
