By using StatCall you agree to these terms.
The service
StatCall is a sports statistics tracking tool provided as-is. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we recommend using the built-in backup feature for data you can't afford to lose.
Your responsibilities
- You're responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of data you enter, including obtaining any consent needed to record information about other people, particularly minors.
- Keep your account credentials secure. Anything done under your login is your responsibility.
- Don't use StatCall for anything unlawful, and don't attempt to access other users' data.
Your data
Your team data remains yours. We claim no ownership over it and use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, StatCall is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
