StatCall ("we", "us") is operated from Queensland, Australia. This policy explains what information the StatCall app handles and how.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and an encrypted password, used solely to sign you in. We never see your password.
- Team data you enter: team names, player names and jersey numbers, fixtures, and match statistics. You control this data entirely — you enter it, you can edit it, you can delete it.
- Nothing else. No advertising identifiers, no analytics trackers, no location data, no contacts.
Children's information
StatCall is used by adult coaches and team managers, often to record statistics about junior players. Player names and numbers are only visible to the account that entered them. We strongly recommend coaches obtain consent from parents or guardians before recording identifiable information about minors, and consider using first names or initials only. StatCall does not permit accounts for children and does not communicate with players.
Where your data lives
Data is stored on your own device first, and — if you sign in — synced to Google Firebase servers located in Sydney, Australia (australia-southeast1). Access is restricted so each account can only ever read and write its own data. We do not sell, share, or disclose your data to anyone.
Deleting your data
You can delete any team, round, or all data from the app at any time (My Team → delete options), which removes it from your device and, on next sync, from the cloud. To delete your account entirely, email statcallapp@gmail.com and we'll remove it within 30 days.
